These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Fontszilla. By using the site you agree to them. We have kept them short and readable, but they are a binding agreement, so please read them.
Using the service
Fontszilla is free for personal, educational and commercial use. You may style and copy text as often as you like. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it in the ways described below.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Fontszilla to break the law, to harass or harm others, to impersonate a brand or person in a misleading way, or to attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the site or its infrastructure. We may restrict access if the service is misused.
Your content
You keep full rights to the text you type. Because styling happens entirely in your browser, we never receive, claim or store your content. What you create with the tool is yours to use.
Styled output and trademarks
The styled characters are standard Unicode and free to reuse. On themed pages we map your text to an original, generic look only. We do not provide real logos, copyrighted artwork or trademarked typefaces, and you must not present the output as an official brand asset. All third party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Intellectual property
The site design, code, written guides and branding are the property of Nicholas Anthony and are protected by applicable laws. You may use the tool and share its output, but you may not copy or republish the site's own content or code without permission.
Third party platforms
Fontszilla helps you create text that you then paste into other apps and services. Those platforms have their own terms, and how they display or accept your styled text is outside our control. Your use of them is governed by their rules, not ours.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. We aim for high uptime and accuracy, but we do not warrant that every character will render in every app, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that it will be free of every error, since much of that depends on third party platforms and your own device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fontszilla and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or its output, including how a third party app displays your text. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
